You have two methods at your disposal to track your maintenance leases with Kraaft

💛 1st Option : A conversation is equivalent to an intervention

A construction site manager initiates a conversation by adding relevant information such as the address, a description of the work to be performed, the personnel in charge of the intervention, and any necessary documents (such as purchase orders, safety clearance documents, and ordinances).

  1. The site manager receives a notification with all the information related to the intervention

    1. He opens his GPS through Kraaft to go to the construction site (he has access to a satellite map with the interventions displayed on it to determine the best route for his itinerary)."

    2. He takes a photo before and after the work, with comments if necessary (all photos are geotagged and timestamped).

    3. He archives the intervention

2. The construction site manager can track all of his construction sites from an Excel sheet connected to the conversations, which he can export if necessary to communicate with his client. He can also generate individual reports of the interventions in Word format

💛 2nd Option : A conversation is equivalent to an intervention

Some of our clients create a conversation per month and/or per team, and use the 'task module' to track interventions. One intervention is equivalent to one task.

  1. The construction site manager creates tasks by adding relevant information such as the address, a description of the work, the person in charge of the task, the date of the intervention, the purchase order, etc.

2. The site manager has access to his tasks on his phone:

  • He opens his GPS through Kraaft to go to the intervention (he has access to a satellite map with the interventions displayed on it to determine the best route for his itinerary).

  • He takes a photo before and after the work, with comments if necessary (all photos are geotagged and timestamped)

  • He can validate the interventions as they are completed.

3. The construction site manager can track all of his construction sites from an Excel sheet connected to the conversations, which he can export if necessary to communicate with his client. He can also generate individual reports of the interventions in various formats.
