Itโ€™s now possible to set conditions for filling out certain fields in your reports. This will help you create clear and effective reports.

๐Ÿšง This is only available on the desktop version ๐Ÿšง

Here's how to do it:
โ€‹

  1. Go to the report tab on the menu on the left and choose a report template.

  2. Add a decision-making field. For example, here I want to determine if there is a hazard on the site or not. This will condition other elements.

  3. Add fields that will depend on the response above. For example, if there is a hazard, I want to be able to add photos and a description.

  4. Now you need to set the conditions. To do this, click on the "..." and select "Display if condition."

  5. You can now set the conditions by defining the decision-making field and the condition.

  6. The display of your report will now change based on the response to your hazard field. If Hazard is "yes," then the photos field will be displayed. If Hazard is "No" or "nothing," then nothing will be displayed.

Plus, you can set entire sections under conditions!! ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ
