In order to customize your Form reports (Toolbox talks, Daily reports, Quality checkups, etc...) you can use a infinity of Tags!

1️⃣ The global Tags

2️⃣ The custom Tags

You will find all the other Tags in the Form workspace on your computer. The Tag will adapt to the Name of the Field you've created. 😄

You can then simply insert the Tag in your Word template!
