🎨 Customize conversations information

You have the possibility to modify and add fields in the information of your conversation (the name of the customer, the zone of the construction site, estimated time of the construction site etc....)

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Click on Chat

  3. On the far right of the table you have a small + which allows you to add an additional column

  4. Fill in the field name

  5. Choose the type of fields

  6. Click on Create property

Here are the fields available to you:
